Oral surgery and extractions

Extractions and minor oral surgery are carried out by the dentist after a clinical and X-ray assessment, under local anaesthesia. With the laser, the incision is precise and the area is sterilised during the procedure. The result: slight swelling or none at all, faster healing than after conventional surgery and minimal bleeding.

We perform simple and complex extractions, including impacted or partially erupted wisdom teeth, apicoectomies, removal of cysts and benign gum lesions, exposure of impacted teeth for orthodontic treatment and implant uncovering. Procedures are done under local anaesthesia, and the laser reduces the amount of anaesthetic needed.

After the procedure, laser biostimulation speeds up healing. You receive clear instructions for home care and a follow-up appointment a few days later. Most patients are back to their usual activities within one or two days.
