Will it hurt?
We make sure every stage of treatment is as comfortable and pain-free as possible. We use modern techniques and technology with a focus on minimally invasive treatment, designed to preserve as much of the natural tooth structure as possible. With the Er:YAG laser built into our practice, we aim to offer personalised treatment, in most cases without anaesthesia. For complex or surgical treatment we use modern, gentle and precise anaesthesia.
How soon can I get an appointment?
You can choose the day and time that suit you directly in the online calendar on our website, and we will confirm your appointment within 15 minutes (during opening hours). If you are in acute pain or it is an emergency, call us directly on 0772 022 100: we will do our best to see you the same day.
Do you treat children too?
Yes, patiently and without rushing. A child's first visit is always a getting-to-know-you visit: we meet, explore the practice through play and do no treatment. When treatment is needed, the laser lets us clean cavities without the noise of the drill and often without an injection, and our orthodontist keeps an eye on how the bite develops from an early age.
What happens at the first visit?
We focus on conversation and an accurate diagnosis. We talk about what is bothering you, check your teeth and gums and take intraoral photos to explain your clinical situation in detail. We show you the real treatment options and transparent costs for each stage, with no pressure to start on the spot. And if you come in with acute pain, our first priority is to relieve it at that same visit.
