Frequently asked questions
Why are prices shown as “from”?
Because every case is different: the size of a cavity, the number of root canals or the amount of bone only become clear at the consultation. The starting price is for a simple case. You receive the final price in your treatment plan, before we begin.
What happens at the first consultation?
We get to know each other, listen to you, talk about your needs and wishes and assess the health of your teeth and gums. The dentist examines your mouth, identifies any problems and explains the treatment options. If needed, further tests are recommended. At the end you receive a personalised treatment plan and advice on keeping your mouth healthy.
Are all treatments done with the laser?
The Er:YAG laser is used in most dental procedures, offering a modern, precise and gentle approach. We use it where it brings a real benefit: cavities, gums, surgery, root canal sterilisation and cosmetic gum treatment. For crowns, bridges or braces, the laser helps only at certain stages, because some procedures need conventional instruments or technology. Each treatment is chosen according to the diagnosis and the individual patient.
How much is the first consultation?
A consultation costs 250 lei. If you would like a complete treatment plan, with diagnostic photos and every stage, the consultation with a plan costs 330 lei. At the end of the consultation you receive a personalised treatment plan and advice on keeping your mouth healthy.
Will I know the price before treatment starts?
Yes. On the website you can see the starting price of every treatment. After the consultation you receive a treatment plan with the final price of each stage, and we do not start treatment without your agreement.
How do I pay?
You pay at reception after each session. For treatments in several stages, such as implants or braces, you pay stage by stage, according to your treatment plan.
What if I am very afraid of the dentist?
You are not the only one who feels this way: many patients come to us after years of putting off the dentist. We understand this fear and we are here to offer you patience, understanding and care at every stage of treatment.
