Does an online request mean my appointment is confirmed?
We hold the time slot you chose, then contact you by phone to confirm it. Your appointment is confirmed after that call.
What happens if I send my request in the evening or at the weekend?
We will call you when we open on the next working day. The time you chose stays reserved until then.
Can I choose my doctor?
Yes. In the details field, write the name of the doctor or the treatment you are interested in, and we will agree on a suitable time when we call you.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
Call us or write to us at least 24 hours in advance. We can then offer the free slot to another patient.
