1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. On later visits, your browser sends it back to the website, which can then remember certain choices, such as your preferred language. Cookies cannot read other files on your device and do not contain programs.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Without them the website cannot work properly. They do not require consent, under Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004.

3. Statistics cookies (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept all”, Google Analytics is loaded. It uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies, kept for up to 2 years, to show us how many people visit the website, which pages they read and where they come from. Your IP address is anonymised. We use this information only to improve the website. If you click “Reject all” or switch statistics off under “Settings”, these cookies are not set, and the website works just the same, including online booking.
4. Third-party content
On the contact page and the home page we show a map from Google Maps, so that you can find us easily. The map is loaded from Google's servers, which may set their own cookies and process your IP address under Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). If you do not want this, you can block third-party cookies in your browser; the clinic's address and the directions link remain available.
5. How to change your choice
You can reopen the banner at any time with the “Details: cookie” link in the website footer and make a different choice. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before that.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies;
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings, Privacy and Security, Cookies and Site Data;
- Safari: Preferences or Settings, Privacy;
- Microsoft Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions.
If you block all cookies, some choices, such as your language, may no longer be remembered.
